OPTIONS FOR INSTRUMENT(S) REPAIR/TUNING:

  • (LOCAL):  For piano repair/tuning I will come to your home. For other stringed instruments, I can either come to your home for pick up or you can come to me to drop off. Please contact me to arrange a time. Payment is due upon completion & satisfaction of work.
  • (NON-LOCAL):  You can ship your stringed instrument(s) along with a prepaid return shipping label at any time to my studio via UPS Ground or Expedited mail at 1866 Whitley Road, Bethlehem, GA 30620. Payment is due upon completion & satisfaction of work based on a thorough & hi-quality video review. Once paid, your instrument(s) will be shipped back to you. To ensure that there is no financial loss to either party for damage during shipping, all instruments must be properly packaged & insured by a UPS employee both ways.

PAYMENT POLICIES & OPTIONS:

  • I accept Cash (locals only), Check (locals only), eCheck/EFT, Debit & Credit (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) via Stripe, Paypal, Apple Pay, Venmo & Cash App. “Gift Certificates Are Available” - Stringed Instrument Repair/Tuning makes a great gift for birthdays, anniversaries & Christmas.   • How much hands-on experience do you have repairing stringed instruments and what kind of guarantee do you offer? I have worked on hundreds of different types of stringed instruments for decades. I offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of the work I do.
  • How long does it take to repair/tune my instrument? This all depends on my current availability, what type of work needs to be done and whether or not specialty parts need to be ordered. I keep a large supply of strings & other replacement materials in stock to reduce repair time. Please contact me for an estimated completion time.
  • Do you just repair/tune stringed instruments or do you also play them as well? I have been an active musician for 30 years. Being a proficient & skilled string instrument player is absolutely essential in achieving high quality repair/tuning work. I also offer music lessons.   • Can the Gift Certificate be redeemed for other services that you offer? Yes, not only that but it’s 100% transferable & it never expires.
  • Do you actually have experience working on all of the many different types of stringed instruments listed above? Definitely not all of them, however, I do have a very unique set of skills, listed below, that certainly qualifies me to work on almost any stringed instrument:
